Kapalbhati Pranayam
Sit down in relaxing mood in sukhasan or padmasan. take deep breath by nose and off to stomach.

Anulom Vilom Pranayam
sit down in rest mood. take breath form first right nose with your thumb and off to from left nose by suporting your finger.



Naadi sodhan Pranayam
its just like anulom vilom but in this asan take breath and stop for sometime as you can and rest free to just like anulom vilom.




Sheetali pranayam
its pranayam for cool down your body temperature. sit down in sukhasan position. open your mouth and get tongue outside like a pipe line hole and take breath by tongue slowly slowly.
